Honors outstanding young person in the senior class who demonstrates qualities of a good citizen, as well as provides and opportunity for this student to participate in the scholarship portion of the program.
Qualifications: Dependability Service and leadership and patriotism.

- Be sure to enclose all documents requested. If for any reason you're unable to include something, indicate so and give a date when it might be expected.
- Keep copies of everything you send out.
- Respect all submission deadlines.
- Write thank you notes.
